Diving at the Pool

Yasmin and her class went arrived at the pool. Yasmin was good at freestyle but she couldn’t dive. She tried to dive into the pool but flopped with a splash instead. She felt very embarrassed. When Yasmin got home, dad told her that her mum could teach her how to dive. At the pool, mum showed Yasmin how to hold her hands and balance on the side of the pool. Yasmin was very scared. She gave it a go but again she splashed into the water. Mum told her to pretend that she had springs on her feet. Yes! Yasmin dive into the pool. Yasmin had to keep pretend. Sarah and Yasmin are now going to the freestyle race together.
