Food Technology: Cinnamon Cake with Peach

Yesterday after interval, my class had double period food technology. We were given instructions along with the recipe for what we were cooking. We were cooking cinnamon cake with peach topping! As usual, we had to work in pairs, my partner was Lydia. Personally I found the recipe easy to follow and complete. Once we completed mixing the ingredients, we placed our baking tin with our mixture under the oven for 20 or so minutes. It was heated 180 degrees Celsius. After leaving in the oven for approximately 20 minutes, it was time to take it out. It was perfectly ready for a photo. Above is a photo of our cooked cinnamon cake with peaches on top. What I think my partner and I did good was getting the required amount of flour, sugar, cinnamon and all the ingredients that we needed. But before that we heated the oven to 180 degrees Celsius before we did our mixing. I think Lydia did good mixing the ingredients because the outcome was better than I thought it would. Next time if we were to cook cinnamon cakes again, I want to make it just the way we did yesterday. It was tasty.

Not only the woman was attacked but also a 77 year old man got stabbed on the arm while he tried to subdue Jeffrey with the help of the other patrons. Jeffrey’s neighbours mentioned that Jeffrey was a dangerous man around their neighbourhood. They have made it clear to the police officers that Jeffrey is dangerous and sometime someone will be killed by this man and now it has happened. Now people of Winchester is finding it hard to attend the public library due to this incident. But last two years, his classmates said he was acted strange. He smelt as if he hadn’t had a shower in 6 months straight. Jeffrey Yao used a 25cm hunting knife to attack the woman and 77 year old man.

An unsuspecting woman was stabbed by a 25cm hunting knife on the head, chest and torso several times. Along with a 77 year old man being stabbed on the arm while trying to subdue the suspecter along with other patrons. It was an unexpected tragedy. The woman who was stabbed died at the hospital a little after the incident - her name wasn’t notified. The suspectors name is Jeffrey Yao. But this is not the only bad news about the victim, Jeffrey’s neighbours has confessed many news about this man frightening their neighbourhood. One of the neighbours confessed that at around 3:00 am, Jeffrey was trying to bust down their front door to get it. He was very violent.  But the big question everyone is asking, why? What caused him to stab someone.

Leslie Luongo, one of suspect’s neighbours said that every morning she would run to her car and leave for work around 5am Another neighbour who told the newspaper to not use his name said that one early morning, someone was trying to smash down their front door and they knew it was Jeffrey Yao. The neighbors had shared their fears with the police officers saying that someone will be killed by Jeffrey and yet it has happened.
What is your opinion on the issue ? What can people do to help this problem ?	I think that this news is very sad to hear of because people should always feel comfortable and safe to attend public library’s anytime and now something has happened on a public property causing people to have fears of going to such a place which was once peaceful and safe. Also I think that police officers should be more concerned about news that’s been reported to them from people so that things are under control and that these suspects won’t go on further in their free world being violent to other people. People can help this by making sure that they look out for each other just in case someone is suffering violence and no one knows. Librarians should always keep an eye out on their public visitors to if carrying any weapons inside to harm anyone. Police officers should be aware of the news that are being reported to them.

My perspective on this article of tragedy is about the police officers. It was also mentioned that the neighbors shared their fears about this dangerous man with the police officers. The neighbors warned the police officers that they need to get this man under control because soon someone will be killed and it has now happened. Police officers should be more aware of the news that is reported to them. It will keep the country more safe and happy.

If I finish my task, always go back to my doc or presentation to check for mistakes and fix it before posting onto my worldwide blog. Setting this goal this year will help me work towards bigger goals and accomplish them with my best effort.
